I. General Provisions and Acceptance of Terms

1. Password Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all login credentials. You must not transfer your account, password, or any access rights to any third party.
2. Unauthorized Use: The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account, unless such loss or damage is directly attributable to the Company’s gross negligence. You must notify {{VijayBets}} immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.

2.3 Single Account Principle
Each user is permitted to have and operate only one {{VijayBets}} account. Any attempt to create or operate multiple accounts (“Multi-Accounting”) will be considered a severe breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of all related accounts, with potential forfeiture of all funds.

III. Prohibited Conduct and Content Restrictions
3.1 Unlawful Activities
Users must not use the Services to engage in any activity that violates the laws of their jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the Services are provided, including but not limited to: money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, theft, or any form of illegal activity.

3.2 Service Misuse

1. Technical Abuse: You must not use any automated programs, robots, spiders, hacking tools, or any other unauthorized third-party software or technology to interfere with, manipulate, or disrupt the normal operation of the Services.
2. Fair Use: You must not engage in any conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to collusion, manipulation of service mechanics, or exploiting any system errors (Bugs) or vulnerabilities.
3. Harassment and Harmful Conduct: You must not post or transmit any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory based on race or gender.

3.3 False Representation
Users must not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with any person or entity.

IV. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Service Ownership
The Services, website, software, content (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, data compilations), and all associated intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of {{VijayBets}} or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 Errors and Faults

In the event of a significant system error, the Company reserves the unilateral right to cancel or correct affected transactions.

 VI. Termination and Account Suspension
6.1 Company’s Rights
Without prejudice to other remedies, {{VijayBets}} has the right, at any time and without prior notice, to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and/or your access to all or part of the Services if:

1. You violate any provision of these Terms (including but not limited to multi-accounting, fraud, or abusive conduct).
2. We suspect your account is involved in illegal or fraudulent activity.
3. We need to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
4. We decide, for our own business reasons, to cease providing all or part of the Services.

6.2 Consequences of Termination

1. Upon termination of the account, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
2. If the termination is due to your breach of these Terms, {{VijayBets}} reserves the right to confiscate your account balance to compensate for damages, costs, and liabilities arising from your violation.
3. If the termination is not due to your violation, we will refund the legitimate balance in your account after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees.
4. Sections IV, V, VII, and VIII, among others, shall survive the termination of these Terms.

 VII. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
7.1 Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. {{VijayBets}} expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

The interpretation, validity, enforcement, and all disputes arising from or relating to the Services and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

1. Amicable Negotiation: The parties agree that any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (a “Dispute”) shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.
2. Jurisdiction: If the Dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court for the first instance to resolve all such Disputes.
